Whichever level of service you require once your tenancy has begun, the first step is to contact us for a free, no-obligation valuation of your property portfolio. Our team of experts will give you an honest valuation backed up with examples of similar properties recently let in your area. Once we have established a value we will work with you to create a marketing strategy bespoke to your portfolio including how, when and who to market your property to in order to maximise your properties potential.





Our Service Levels

Introduction Only Service

7.2% inc VAT

Once a marketing strategy has been established, we will launch your property onto the lettings market. The 'Introduction Only' package includes professional photos of your property, a floorplan and arranging and accompanying all viewings. Upon finding suitable new tenants we will negotiate the rent on your behalf and secure the new tenancy.

There are options at this stage to add additional services to your package including drawing up tenancy agreements and arranging inventories, check ins and professional cleaning.

Rent Collection Service

9% inc VAT

This service offers everything outlined in the Introduction Only package but with additional support throughout your new tenancy with regards to collecting your tenants rent on your behalf. This option would suit landlords who are happy to be hands on with maintaining the condition of their property but would like a helping hand with engaging with tenants with regards to collecting rent.

Full Management Service

12% inc VAT

Encompassing all of our services, our full management service takes all the pressure off our landlords. Our team of property experts will look after all aspects of managing your property and the relationships with your tenants. This will include arranging day to day small scale maintenance works, working with you to obtain quotes and book in larger scale works and ensure all legal safety obligations are met such as booking in Gas and Electrical safety certificates.
